ACRU is an association gathering Italian Colleges and University Residences. Colleges and residences of this network wish to be considered as environments where students can grow from a civil and a cultural point of view, where intercultural and interreligious communication is possible and students are truly welcomed and accompanied throughout their academic path, also encouraging experiences abroad. The association, sharing Christian values and educational projects, promotes cooperation with the competent Ministry, the Conference of the Rectors of the Italian University (CRUI), Regions, Universities and Research Institutions.
Fundacja Rozwoju KUL, Poland
KUL Development Foundation was established by the Primate of Poland, Rev. Cardinal Józef Glemp, in the form of a Notarial Deed in Warsaw on 29 June 1989. On 24 February 2005 the District Court in Lublin, XI Commercial Division of the National Court Register granted KUL Development Foundation the status of a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO). The status of a public benefit organisation offers many amenities for potential donors, whose funds to the Foundation will be fully transferred to support the activities of John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. The objective of the Foundation is to support the development of KUL and its undertakings in the field of academic research, education and upbringing of young people as students. The Foundation fulfils its objectives conducting business activities in Poland and abroad, promoting creative and academic achievements of the University and inspiring academic and research works, cooperating with academic, cultural and educational communities as well as state institutions, national and foreign social organisations and with local government and government administration units. The Foundation manages KUL Academic Language Centre, a bookstore, Lublin Business School, and KUL Health Clinic. For years, the Foundation has been implementing many national and international projects.

The University of Pecs (hereafter UP)is a 22,000-student university in Hungary with 10 faculties (disciplines). UP is a public higher education institution that was established first in Hungary. UP’s main disciplinary fields thanks to which it has been able to achieve a leading position in Hungary and that are among the best in the region are humanities, medicine, engineering, business and economics. The University of Pécs, the fourth largest university of Hungary, is a state university in the south-western part of the country in the City of Pécs. The University of Pécs is a research and education centre focused higher education institution with an interest in internationalisation and international programmes. Hence the University has been participating in several EU projects in adult education and lifelong learning through its Institute for Human Development and Cultural Studies, as official member of EAEA (European Association for the Education of Adults) and EUCEN (European University Continuing Education Network) and partner of UNESCO UIL. The University of Pécs is a responsible partner of the City of Pécs, a 2017 awardee of the UNESCO Global Learning City. The Faculty of Humanities, University of Pécs is the oldest university in Hungary established in 1367. Having an internationally acknowledged teaching board, the Faculty of Humanities is keen on expanding its international cooperation with Erasmus+ partners.
SAMOK (Union of Students in Finnish Universities of Applied Sciences), Finland
University of Applied Sciences Students in Finland – SAMOK represents over 140 000 UAS students in Finland and is the only UAS specific organisation in the European Students’ Union (ESU). SAMOK’s goal is to comprehensively defend the interests of UAS students by conducting national advocacy work and by supporting and serving local student unions so that they have the best tools to promote the interests of UAS students locally.

The Centre national des oeuvres universitaires et scolaires aims to improve students’ living and study conditions on a daily basis, enabling their personal development and independence. The Cnous manages 26 regional agencies (Crous), with 15,000 Crous staff providing support of over 2 million students, with an overall budget of 1.3€ Bn.
ECStA, European Council for Student Affairs, France
The European Council for Student Affairs – Ecsta is an independent and autonomous umbrella organization aiming to promote the social infrastructure at all Higher Education Institutions of Europe. In order to do so, ECStA works for improved cooperation between student services organisations within Europe aiming to increase the understanding of the differences regarding the social infrastructure of higher education. The ECStA is in particular promoting the mobility of students in Europe within the framework of the Bologna Process.

Edisu Piemonte is the public body that guarantees and promotes the right to university study throughout the region by providing student services that can be benefited in compliance with a yearly call such as scholarships, accommodation, and other economic benefits, and by offering services available to all the students, such as food service at a discounted rate, book loans, study halls, guidance support, agreements, and discounts. Erasmus Student Network, Netherlands
Erasmus Student Network (ESN) is one of the biggest student associations in Europe. It was born on the 16th October 1989 in Utrecht, the Netherlands and legally registered in 1990 for supporting and developing student exchange. We are present in more than 1000 Higher Education Institutions from 40 countries. ESN has around 15,000 active members that are in many sections supported by so-called buddies mainly taking care of international students. Thus, ESN involves around 40,000 young people offering its services to around 350,000 international students every year. ESN works for the creation of a more mobile and flexible education environment by supporting and developing the student exchange from different levels and providing an intercultural experience also to those students who cannot access a period abroad (“internationalisation at home”).ESN works under the principle of “Students helping Student” and we believe in the enrichment of society through international students.
